1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Customized / printed T-shirts (print-on-demand)
- Items with removed tags
- Worn, washed, or damaged products
- Products bought on sale or discount
- Exchange Policy
We offer exchange in case of:
- Wrong size
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
Exchange request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery

To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Product images (if damaged/wrong item)
- Our team will approve and guide you for pickup/shipping
- Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed after inspection of returned product
- Amount will be credited to:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (as per your policy)
- Refund processing time: 5–10 working days
6. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping (unless product is defective)
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
- Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Report within 12 hours
- We will provide free replacement or full refund
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing order
- After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed
